| ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE

The Administration and Finance Department is accountable for the
Agency's patrimony; for the implementation of the budgetary, financial
and accounting activities of the Agency. It is also responsible
for carrying out bids for goods, services and works. The AFD coordinates
the budgetary activities as well as the administrative modernization
of the Agency's financial system, information and informatics, human
resources and general services.
The AFD keeps the Board of Directors permanently informed on the
budgetary implementation so as to facilitate an adequate resources
management.
